Ltd., an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, have earned this status of peerless repute, owing to our brilliant technological expertise as well as our crave for perfection. At present, we export 80% of our products all over the world. Our extensive product range includes the varieties like Cores for Steel Rope (Sisal, Polypropylene and Jute)-Dry or Pre-lubricated; Carpet Grade Yarns and Twines for Sisal Carpets (Dyed/Undyed); etc. We are the only manufacturer and exporter, having an opportunity to deal with wire rope manufacturers across all the continents of Australia, Asia, Europe, North and South America and Africa. Our Product Range
The
opportunity of working in close proximity with the Steel Rope Industry
has provided us an exposure to the finer aspects of the requirements of steel
rope makers at worldwide level. At Chhotanagpur Rope Works Pvt. Ltd., we understand the
subtleties of constructing fibre cores for varied end applications. Our
product range includes-
- Cores for Steel Rope (Sisal, Polypropylene and Jute)-Dry or Pre-lubricated
- Carpet Grade Yarns and Twines for Sisal Carpets (Dyed/Undyed)
- Sisal and Manila Rope Hawsers, Cable-laid, Shroud-laid, Plain, Rot-proofed, Tarred
- Tarred Marline
- Sisal & Manila Twines for carpet and general applications
- We also make Sisal, Manila & Jute Ropes to BS, DIN & Customer Specification (6 mm. to 40 mm. Dia.).
Our Quality
The
foundation of our success lies in a strong emphasis upon the quality
maintenance of our products. We understand our customers' requirements
and specifications - having best quality products at affordable prices.
Thus, we endeavor to create the best at Chhotanagpur Rope Works Pvt. Ltd.,
performing a set of rigorous quality checking tests which includes:
- Chemical condition of Fibre, Yarn and Rope at different stages
- Yarn size control and verification
- Diameter and density checks for uniformity and correct density
- Lubricant absorption in the rope
- Checking the lay length and lay angle
- All
the test samples are drawn under tension specified by ISO 4345 and the chemical
and physical analysis is done under the procedures specified by ISO and
DIN.
Besides
all the above sets, we also perform a special compression test, if specified
by our customers. Needless to say, after such extensive quality
testing measures, there remains not an iota of doubt regarding the
premium grade quality of our products.
Our Infrastructure
The greatest strength of our company is its well established infrastructure, growing from strength to strength. We have our own spinning facility for the hard fibres like sisal and manila, and also an extrusion line for polypropylene fibre film and mono-filament. This provides us total flexibility and access to the inputs of choice. Endowed with cutting edge technology coupled with our knowledge of correct core construction and process control, we excel in our field. In addition, our workforce is highly skilled; comprising of expert technocrats picked up from different parts of the globe.
